On the completion of 120 years of dedicated service, Cosmos Co-operative Bank Ltd marked this milestone with a meaningful step towards inclusion by appointing visually impaired individuals into its services. Mr. Devdan Gaikwad, Mr. Abhijit More, Ms. Pooja Ghadge, and Mr. Prajwal Bire were welcomed into the Bank’s workforce, reinforcing Cosmos Bank’s commitment to building an inclusive workplace where ability is defined by potential. The appointment letters were formally handed over by the Bank’s Chairman, Adv. Pralhad Kokare, in the presence of Vice Chairman, CA Yashwant Kasar. This initiative has been conceptualised and launched under the guidance of the Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Management, CA Milind Kale.
