- Customer should be having business of minimum last 2 years with ITR if applicable, Form 16 and salary slips of salaried applicants.
- Account Operations should be satisfactory.
- Permanent Residential Address proof is required.
- Accepted DSCR at 1.75:1 for salaried applicant and 1.50:1for professional applicant
- In case of salaried person SB A/c is must with 6 PDCs
