    For TL- For purchase of shops/ Godown/ Office Premises etc. Repayment period will be given up to 7 to 10 years.

Foreclosure Charges
  • 3% if the loan account is foreclosed within 12 months from the date of final loan disbursement
  • 2% if the if the loan account is foreclosed after 12 months but before 24 months from the date of final loan disbursement
  • 1% If the loan account is foreclosed 24 months after the date of final loan disbursement
Eligibility
  • The applicant should become a regular member or nominal member of the Bank in case of no membership.
  • Eligibility on the basis of advances –
    a) For Cash Credit / SLSO - Margin- 25% for stock & Book Debts.
    b) For purchase of premises/ construction/ furniture/ & fixtures the margin will be 25%

  • Copy of degree certificate of Proprietor/ partner/ director.
