Unclaimed Accounts

Reserve Bank of India has advised Banks to participate in Depositor Education and Awareness Fund Scheme, 2014.

As per Reserve Bank of India guidelines Banks have been advised that they should display on their respective websites – the list of unclaimed deposits/inoperative accounts which are inactive / inoperative for ten years or more.

If you find your name in the list, please contact your home branch for claiming the amount.

The procedure to claim the amount is:

  • To fill the Application form.
  • Submit – Self-attested copy of your ID proof along with the original.
  • Submit – Self-attested copy of your latest address proof along with the original.
  • Submit details of account number / deposit that are in your name along with a copy of pass book / deposit receipt
  • Submit latest Photographs.

  • We request you to enter name in combination with the address of the account holder/entity to check details of unclaimed deposits.
  • In case of accounts not in name of Individuals, the search input to be entered is authorized person name in ‘authorized person’ tab to check the details of unclaimed deposits.
